Dogs’ uncontrollable excitement at returning home after 2 months away goes viral

A pair of dogs so overcome with excitement at returning home for the first time in two months have left viewers in stitches.

The clip begins with a hysterical Maltipoo – a cross of a Maltese and Toy or Miniature Poodle – running in frantic circles on a bed.

Every so often, he stops and stares at the person behind the camera before letting off an excitable screech.

The pooch then jumps off and runs into the kitchen where a larger dog is sitting down.

While the smaller pet continues to run around to burn off its sheer excitement, his companion shows off her own joy by barking and wagging his tail.

The video has received more than 10,000 upvotes since it was shared to Reddit by Bgpate yesterday (November 1).

In the caption, the uploader wrote: “My girlfriend’s dogs after being gone for two months and finally being back home.”

It has since received more than 10,000 upvotes and dozens of comments, with one viewer writing: “Best video I’ve seen in a while.”

Another commented: “Damn these are my dogs after being away for one minute. They’re crazy.”
