In a brief interaction with reporters at the private Trump International Golf Club restaurant, he responded to questions about his future.
Keeping it vague, Mr Trump said: “We’ll do something, but not just yet.”
An aide to the former President then cut the conversation with the Washington Examiner reporter short.
Aside from this, Mr Trump has made no public comments since his Air Force one speech.

While he has hinted at a future political run, an aide to Mr Trump said it will not be any time soon.
A small team of staff accompanied Mr Trump to West Palm Beach after his time in the White House, and are based at Mar-a-Lago.
They said to the Examiner earlier this week: “He needs a break.
“I think we all hope he just plays golf for a month, but he always has to be on the go.”
Mr Trump has reportedly discussed forming his own political party in the future.
The Wall Street Journal claimed Mr Trump told aides about his “Patriot Party”, after Republicans started turning against the former President in the wake of the US Capitol riots.

Newsweek claim only five White House staffers attended Donald Trump’s farewell ceremony at Joint Base Andrews on the morning of Mr Biden’s inauguration.
Vice President Mike Pence was listed as a notable absence.

The publication said Trump’s White House chief of staff Mark Meadows, senior adviser Stephen Miller and Acting US Secretary of Defense Kash Patel were there.
Ivanka Trump, Jared Kushner, Donald Trump Jr, Kimberly Guilfoyle and Tiffany Trump were also in attendance, alongside Mr Trump’s grandchildren.
Former White House press secretaries Sean Spicer and Hogan Gidley were also said to be there
Mr Trump is the first President to be impeached twice, after he was charged in 2019.
