Humans visit ‘AI-generated brothels’ using futuristic VR headsets

People are visiting virtual reality (VR) brothels that will one day be so realistic they will be able to feel experience, sex experts claim.

VR headsets are increasingly being used for gaming a pornography.

But some are going a step further and visiting virtual sex rooms where they interact with others users from around the world.

A spokesman, named Edward, for Raspberry Dream Labs , a cyber sex company, said that one day users will even be able to feel the sensations too.

He told Daily Star Online: "They (VR brothels) are not one day, there are forms of those existing already.

"There are limitations. VR visuals and audios we're doing very well at. But there are some technical problems left to solve there.

  • VR headsets let people 'have sex with their exes' by reliving past experiences

  • World's leading sex doctor 'transforming lives' with VR 'erotic sex tech'

"There was a device that came out a couple of decades ago, but that was a device for providing tactile feedback to hands and arms grasping virtual objects, and that is still kind of state-of-the-art.

"There are still fundamental physical issues. Solving these problems as to how you provide these sensations in portable form, that is not going to result in someone leaning on a virtual table and falling over.

"I would expect that before a huge virtual room, we will have developed some way of simulating nerves directly, doing things that way.

"In terms of tactile technology, my estimate would be 10 to 20 years. It could be sooner, or it could take a lot longer. But it's plausible."

  • Sex robots with 'coding flaws' prone to 'sexually assaulting humans'

And sexual psychologist, Cathline Smoos, also believes feeling experiences with VR will be achievable using body suits.

She told us: "There is this test lab suit, that with vibration and everything. I think it's probably 30,000 Euro right now. The book, Ready Player One, we're really not far from this. It freaked me out.

"I think it was China who did a thing for people they could have an avatar, with a child. So you could go an talk.

"It's not because we can do it that we need to do it. I think we need to create content that frees us and follows our values, because we can create whatever we want, but it doesn't mean we need to create everything.

"There is a thing where you put on a VR headset and you're in the body of someone getting killed. You can do great things, but you can also do very bad things."
