A man has been arrested on suspicion of murder after the bodies of a man and woman were found dead in Oldbury, in the Black Country.
West Midlands police discovered the bodies of a man and woman, both aged 52, on Moat Road, in Smethwick, around 4am this morning.
A man aged 25 has been arrested on suspicion of two murders, with police branding the incident as "domestic related".
Next of kin have been informed.
In a statement West Midlands police said: "At around 5.30am, we arrested a 25-year-old man at an address in Smethwick on suspicion of two murders.
"He remains in custody.
"Our initial investigations have lead us to believe that this is a domestic-related incident, with no threat to the wider community.
"The victims’ family is being support at this tragic time."
