A royal photographer has opened up on a heart-warming moment he captured between the Queen and Prince George when he was younger.
Chris Jackson has been photographing Queen Elizabeth II for nearly 20-years but says there was one special moment that stood out the most at Sandringham in July 2015.
Mr Jackson said you "never know what to expect" when capturing the royal children, as he reflected back to a precious time between the monarch and Prince George at Princess Charlotte’s christening.
In the photo, the Queen could be seen kneeling down as she spoke to George as he reached out his arm.
"I just love that you never know what to expect with the sort of younger members of the royal family and that’s what makes it fun," he told Us Weekly.
He went on: "I think that is what makes it quite enjoyable because you never know when the light’s going to fall in a nice way or there’s going to be [a] lovely interaction between the queen and Prince George.

"I often come away from looking at the pitch on the back of my camera with a big smile on my face because, you know, that it’s one of the special things about my job and how fortunate I am to capture images like this."
He went on to reveal how to go about capturing a portrait with energetic kids and said that the same rule applies to each situation.
"It’s making sure your subjects are feeling relaxed and you’ve got the situation in control," he added.
"I think that’s quite important. … Just make sure you’re prepared, everything’s in the right place and you have the appropriate, you know, people working with you and then fingers crossed you’ll be successful."
The Getty Images photographer recently released his book which documents moments of the monarch’s day-to-day life through 150 photographs.
“I kind of felt it was the right time to put this together with the platinum jubilee coming up, obviously, in 2022," he added.
