A teacher allegedly had sex with one of her 16-year-old students more than 100 times and showered him with gifts.
Ryan Crue claims Spanish teacher Kate Boozer, then 28, struck up a physical relationship with him in 2014 at Lake Orion High School in Michigan, the US.
He told Fox 2 Detroit that the pair had a “physical interaction that was incredibly inappropriate” after school one day.
Boozer allegedly bought Mr Crue presents and would occasionally have sex with him in the classroom.
He said: "We made a chore out of getting big sheets of black construction paper and covering every window in the classroom including even the small notch window in the door so there was no way to see in the classroom.”
Mr Crue decided to drop Spanish and his mum then arranged to see Boozer.
She claimed his teacher “cried twice” during the meeting.
Mr Crue shared phone logs which allegedly show a 167-minute conversation he had with Boozer, along with several late-night calls.
Lake Orion Schools provided a statement to Fox 2 Detroit which read: "Lake Orion Schools promptly investigated the allegation at the time it was brought to the district including cooperation with the Oakland County Sheriff's Department.
“The employee has not been with the district since 2016."

Oakland County Undersheriff Mike McCabe added: "I'm not going to speak for Lake Orion Schools as to why they didn't call us at that time.
"It's my understanding they investigated, both parties denied it. So they didn't call us.
“The statute says they need to call us. We are the ones, law enforcement determines whether it's credible or not."
Mr Crue’s family approached the police department five years later.
The Oakland County Prosecutor's Office reviewed the case in 2019 but no charges were brought.

The alleged victim began to self-harm at Michigan State University and his friends went to his parents to ensure he got help.
Mr Crue is now “back on the right path” and said to be seeking justice.
Boozer’s attorney said in a statement: “This matter came up and there was an investigation done by the Oakland County Sheriff.
“The Oakland County Prosecutor's Office reviewed the investigation and declined to authorise charges against my client. As far as we are concerned, the case is closed.”
The Daily Star has approached Lake Orion Community Schools, the Oakland County Prosecutor's Office, and Boozer’s attorney for further comment.
